bsky's moderation is just pretty heavily handed, even if it's not actually just like.. sex, if it's got something that can be viewed as fetishization (aka someone with a suspiciously large subway sandwich) it will be flagged as adult content. kind of sucks, but still better than no tagging

The little shield thing let's you label your posts NSFW or suggestive so it applies a warning for people. It doesn't hide anything unless you have NSFW turned off in settings tho.

idk what the stance is onhere but ik a lot of sites ive been on w nsfw policies usually like. will say any exposure of bottom bits, or focus on them, or visible arousal of them = adult content? it varies but using that as my rule of thumb usually works out well in most places
