Ich finde es erstmal normal, dass Menschen ueber 10-jährige Periode ihren Job verlassen-das machen Lehrerinnen, Unternehmensberater & TischlerInnen ja auch? Es gibt in der Wissenschaft wahrlich genug Probleme-aber gibt es nicht trotz allem einfach auch normale Arbeitsmarktdynamiken?
