One thing is conspicuously absent from both candidates' economic agendas: any mention of the need to ensure that every American can earn a living wage.

Neither party wants everyone to have a livable wage. For them, they want America to provide cheap labor to the corporations that essentially own BOTH PARTIES. It's kinda why the federal abortion ban WILL HAPPEN. Folks think I'm full of shit... ...but the pattern never fails me.
