I can't find it 😱 IIRC the judgment will appear at 10.00 our time, 11.00 Luxembourg time. Obviously I think the CJEU got this right, but I want to read it to see if the EC needs to make a new assessment of the aid which Apple and Ireland can appeal back to the GC.
