Got a busy weekend so I headed over to Montrose Point in the late afternoon to see some #birds! :) Got a couple lifers! First up were two Hairy Woodpeckers just off one of the dirt paths through a wooded area I don't normally walk through. Noticeably bigger than the Downys I usually see.

I've seen white-throated sparrows the last couple of visits, but never got a great photo. Not today! I love these birds. They're so pretty AND I can reliably ID them. Winner. :) #birds
