I think I know which puzzle you mean!The series starts out experimental and tentative, not quite sure where it’s going, and gets stronger and stronger story-wise with each installment until the almost Shakespearean finish in 6 days, which I think it had earned by that point

The music for 6 Days a Sacrifice is amazing too. By a guy named Mark Lovegrove, who recently did the music for The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow. I haven’t finished that one yet but I really like it so far.

Yeah i haven’t played them in like ten years, so I can’t speak to how they play anymore, but the storytelling is pretty solid. When he locks down the mythos in Notes it really comes into its own. 6 Days absolutely earns it’s ending by that point.
