I have a PhD and have been working in academia for a while yet I still cannot competently work the scanner. Manually scanned in a 22 page document and half of the information is missing because I lined it up wrong. Does it ever reach the stage of understanding your scanner & copier? 😂 #Academia

Unless your PhD was about using a scanner I wouldn't worry.

No. I regularly waste paper printing stuff out several times to get it right. Some people clearly much better at printing than me, but they too can be heard swearing at the machine when they think no one is looking
