Unless sanctions are going to be placed equally among all SNS, it makes no sense to punish one for doing the same thing the others all do. Enact legislation that protects user privacy and data rather than legislation that punishes one singular individual company for being "Chinese", dear lord...

The US government really is run by xenophobic clowns, though, so I'm not at all surprised that this is how they play the game. It's been proven time and time again, and it's really disappointing every time it happens.
