What effect do you think that would have on the future of inclusivity initiatives in advertising? Are we just going from "your employees could be in danger" to "it'll cost a lot of money to keep your employees out of danger"? Does it make Dylan Mulvaney partnerships more or less likely?

well, yeah. I mean if I walk into a bank, follow the manager home and punch her in the snout, because I don’t like their interest rates. I am doing so as a direct result of their role within the company, it seems to me the company is obliged to pick up the cudgels equally both cases

It certainly would be a wise move on employers part; I haven't seen the opinion, so I don't know if that's a logical extension of the decision. But I have read the complaint, which is very clear and compelling in setting out the damage to the employer and the company.
