I removed the old site from the front page of my phone. Baby step, sure, but made a big impact

Yeah that was key for me. I left the account up so people could still access old threads but no app means no posts

I moved it to a folder on page 2, along with other things I rarely use. It’s there but it a two step process now. I’ll put down my phone before I open it. Unless I’m looking for something in particular.
