With some surprise & only mild disbelief (I can be impetuous with this kind of thing), I have realized after a few days of searching that I do not have a copy of my dissertation. Why, past me, why?? I suppose I didn't think I'd ever need it again but: no word doc, no notes, bibliographies, anything.
