A very strong contender for my favourite Dredd story of all time, even now. I think it’s in Case Files 4 or 5? A maze of nested subplots that bring the city and the citizens to life - you get a real sense of Dredd as a person in a system, and Smith always drew a top Dredd and perfect mega-citizens.
Case Files 7! (A rocking Case Files - it’s got Cry Of The Werewolf, Citizen Snork, & Haunting Of Sector House 9 too but this is the peak)
