We stayed in Hexham. Beadnell Bay and Berwick as our bases for exploring the countryside and sights nearby. Returning home via Whitby in Yorkshire. We stopped in the midlands on the way there and back to reduce time spent driving.

Lovely places especially the coastal ones. Not tried mothing up there, maybe next time.
