Yeah, that's exactly why I dove in there based on your comment. I hypothesize that the roles of IL4/IL13 vs IL10/TGFbeta don't overlap as much as we were taught in the past, so always looking for more evidence....

Notably, there are plenty of humans w/ allergic diseases on dupilumab for years, but there have not been any reported issues w/ tissue repair. So I'm skeptical that IL4/13 plays a role in general tissue repair in humans, but maybe in severe viral pneumonia it's operational
