My niece refuses to eat anything that involves chunks of potato but she's young enough that if we just don't call it "potato" shell probably eat it. She loves spuds and "good salad"
This too shall pass. They understand French fries. The rest will come with maturity. Love of the spud will bud, blossom, and grow. The potato will not be denied.
