This is such a strong list. Thank you for sharing. Devilman Crybaby is high art, IMHO, for it will break your heart over and over again, in the most loving and selfish of ways. 😈
Welcome, Sandlancer. Glad you're here too. 🐶
As long as you're getting the opportunity to express yourself, on your own terms, and you're enjoying yourself, you're succeeding at this game, whether it's to an audience of 1000 or none. Make no mistake about it. Here's rooting for you. 😎
That's quite the accomplishment, Jaki. Congratulations. 😎
Whatever you say, I'm sure you'll make a great first impression. 😎
Oh, Lestat ... 😍😭😱
Chrono Cross Born during Square's most creative eras. Was it the sequel CT fans wanted? Debatably. However, the challenging plot, stylish characters, lush environs, and rich music more than stand on their own. Just how many other games tell you you can't always change fate, and loss is inevitable?
Super Mario Bros. 2 This is my favorite SM game. I love how colorful, imaginative, and fanciful it is, especially in comparison to the first and 3. If you ever enter my dreams à la Inception, you'll probably end up in Subcon. Don't even get me started on how terrified I still am of Phantos. 😱
No More Heroes This game oozed style, introduced me to the one and only Suda51, and gave me a reason to love motion controls. 🤺 While I acknowledge Travis to be the most flawed of heroes, his character arc is one that demands you consider the true price of rising to the top.
Earthbound 🌎 I was an impressionable young man when I first played this game, one of my first true RPG experiences. It taught me that even though the world can be a very strange place, there's still wonderful people out there, many of which will stand with you. 🐶
