Tommy does adjust to things fairly quickly (two days in a row makes an event normal; the third day will tell me if this makes her extra wary in this case, or more amenable to the arrangement) so she's very chill about being shut in here. Not complaining or trying to fumble at the doorknob, etc.

I've got a bit of an (understandable, I think) adrenaline boost out of all that but I'm pretty sure I'm still going to lie down. Yeah, definitely time to attempt sleep 2.0
