I tried to set it up in the game 2 years ago, and I tried to set it up in 1.0 now. Yes I was following the big PDF of how pipes work from Reddit! No I couldn't get it to be stable! So I just burned the water in a coal generator... 🤷‍♂️

At that point I throw valves and buffers everywhere and pray for the best. The only other tricky thing that sometimes works is if you have a long manifold of refineries, sometimes connecting the first junction to the last one fixes weird flow issues
