Some of it is really good, but winter village food could be really tough to deal with. Not a ton of variety, endless potatoes.

Tunisia is on the Mediterranean, and I’ve never lived anywhere with such a wonderful & diverse variety of delicious seasonal fruits & vegetables. Man, do I miss those blood oranges. We could even get non-seasonal imports, like bananas, but they were EXPENSIVE (~$1/each) when you made ~$200/month.
