Day 10, and I am finally returning to work now that I have two negative tests on the same day. I'm still a little worn down, please be patient as I adjust.
Update: Work emailed me today. Citing a recent outbreak in the region, they have decided to push back my Return To Work day to 8/9 or 8/10. So, I'm free of obligations for the week.

I've made steps to start seeing a counselor or therapist long term. There's a lot I need to process and work through. I've been in a spiral for the last few weeks, mainly around my job performance & how I'm suddenly having a lot of issues.
