Right now Tesla still has the best charging network in the US. Once other companies catch up and/or can freely use the Tesla charging network, that will be the game changer. Also, every Tesla model looks exact the same as the first one. People like updates on their vehicles.

Yeah, I think I saw recently that they haven’t released a new vehicle in like 3 years and the “updates” are primarily software. Basically they don’t know how to be a car company, but their stock price thinks they’re the biggest 10 car companies combined

Yes well have you seen the new Tesla Truck? It’s totally real and is definitely not just a Tesla sedan covered in sheet metal.

If a sane person was in charge of Tesla the play should have been to become a battery and maybe motor supplier to the big guys and go all in on the charging network. Now that Tesla is opening up the charging network maybe that is happening but it seems a few years later than ideal
