He looks very much like a twink in this episode, and the purple lipstick is adorable. Too bad his personality sucks...

His make-up is lovely in this episode, I quite like the green eye make-up myself. He's so pretty, but just so terrible. Not even 'evil-but-sexy' terrible, he's 'gag this child and lock him in room away from everyone' terrible.
