Is there an equivalent alert when looking for a someone who seriously injured or killed someone other than a police officer?
In Nova Scotia in 2020 a guy drove around shooting people & setting fires for 13 hours & the police didn’t bother to use the public alert system to warn people. 22 people died, one of them a police officer.
