Decent quality shredded cheese is mine. Yes, it has something to prevent clumping, but having a bag of cheese in the fridge means I have an easy source of protein to add to a salad.

I know you have to add the disclaimer to prevent getting well-actually'ed by internet nerds, but I'm just going to come out with the hot take: Pre-shredded cheese melts just fine.
