it doesn't help that there's some weird mindset to shame and tell people they're awful, the worst ever, if they don't do it once lol but yeah it's become weirdly ableist towards disabled ppl who like, sometimes, cannot do it at the drop of a hat

Yeah.. I completely agree, having energy to do "simple" tasks for me is a struggle sometimes. Ppl might view that as me just being lazy but I don't think that's right or fair. Wanting to include ppl who have visual impairments is good but we need to be more understanding of everyone's disabilities

honestly sometimes for really detailed stuff, if i don't go into extreme detail, trying to alt-text it seems like it would never get the idea/point across anyway? idk..
