I didn't click the link but from that still image, it has to be a cougar. Despite the fact that I don't see it's tail, no other cat has that physique. Bobcats and lynx have much chonkier hind legs and higher rear ends.

I DID think the still image animal looked concerningly leggy (concerning as I voted bobcat).😅
