Not sure if there will be anyone I already know - none if my local contacts on FB are attending, but Iām sure Iāll find people to talk to!

Natasha is so totally lacking in self-awareness. She and Tom metaphorically tore up Fallonās contract, have repeatedly interfered and, in some cases, taken over Fallonās decisions relating to the business. Why wouldnāt Fallon want to be her own boss rather than Natashaās lackey? #TheArchers
Until I saw Singapore, I was going to suggest a Boots voucher which is often my go-to practical gift for new babies (parent can buy necessities or clothes or stuff, depending on need / inclination). Trickier with overseas location.

Worth reading in order, as large cast of supporting characters & their character / relationship changes can be a bit sudden. If I had to pick one to read as standalone it would prob be āState Secretsā (2017) - in my opinion an excellent political thriller, though set in London rather than Edinboro
Depends how long it will take to read the remaining six titles. ..
Thanks for the J A-O recommendation. County library service catalogue no longer seems to work in Safari so canāt check holdings; no e-versions in BorrowBox. Have you read any of Quintin Jardineās Bob Skinner books? Also set in Edinburgh. I find the lead character irritating but storylines good.
Now finished Midnight & Blue and found it excellent. **Really hope this isnāt a spoiler** Plenty police procedural action / inaction - some of the former showing the Rebusā influence. Rebus surviving prison using his life skills and experience. Satisfying conclusions to police cases.
