That said, such accommodation shouldn’t be something that you only grant to people for one day a week… especially with that day being a weekday. It would be better if it was a weekend day like Saturday or Sunday, and multiple days a week to give more people the opportunity.
That’s something I want too, for both of us. It’s okay to want that, and it’s okay to reach out and ask for it. As for controlling your emotions, notice that you have started to get a handle on it. I know it’s hard, but even you know you are improving. And part of that is healthy venting.
I empathize so hard with this! I’m so so sorry Tala! It’s okay to be a little emotional, and if it isn’t harming someone it’s even okay to be a little childish about it, better out than in, after all. I’m here to hear you vent if you need a big ear to listen.
