Our old landlady (current landlord's mother) would've cut a bitch if the door wasn't fixed within a day or so of her sending a guy. Her guys WOULD have fixed it. I know she wanted to retire and fair enough at 70 but...I really miss her actually getting shit done.

I've texted the landlord (he doesn't like email) to explain the situation anyway but I'm not expecting anything. At this point I'm just resigned to accepting deliveries through the window until we finally move out.
