Is it possible that the mainstream media has been shamed into caring when Arabs die? That's exactly right, if the "media had humanized Palestinians this way from the beginning," the Israelis might not be on a killing spree in North Gaza or bombing the Beirut airport as we look on in horror.

I wonder how much of it is election pressure. Somehow i doubt they will ever talk about palestine after the election, once they no longer need to appeal to people.
