That’s definitely better than nothing, but I’ve been practicing in this exact area of law for 30 years, and the letter that they generate is deficient.
Happy to hear more about this! We've seen people get good responses (and complete denial reversals) from sending these letters, but we'd be happy to hear what you think we might be missing.
What else would you add to it and/or what would you change?
