I’m becoming a boomer — It should be illegal that I need an APP to use a digital ticket. You’re telling me the tickets I bought on Stubhub for tonight I have to download ANOTHER app for another company give them my info to get the tickets. Bring back email tickets

I feel this. Just recently bought something online from a bigbox store that had local pickup. I got there expecting to just go to Customer Service with a pickup number, but nope. They tried to get me to download their app to check-in. Thankfully there was a number to call to do the same.
