It is kind of messed up that my autism assesment is taking more time and money because there’s doubt boiling down from how "I’m not socially awkward enough" during sessions

noise cancelling headphones help a lot - I was wearing like earplugs at the time which surprisingly were not as good. It was on a tram with a bunch of drunk people yelling, so I honestly think I just need to avoid public transport when I think there's gonna be people like that out
