As an NB afab, same-sex hrt has kept me from doing murders (jokes?) even as I plan my top surgery (at 51!) I support all humans getting the hormones they need, but I recognize that my hrt is prescribed due to privilege (can't hide these tiddies, ugh). Homones should be a basic human right, FOR ALL!
