It’s more than “new“ evidence. It is an enormous amount of devastating evidence of a coup conspiracy couched in ways to enable a con man to get away with the most successful trick in his arsenal: plausible deniability. It is a travesty that it has taken four years to present it to a judge.

Judge Tanya Chutkan made public portions of a filing by prosecutors setting out their argument for why the case should go forward despite the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

And decorum is weaponized to present it as an open debate whether it was a coup attempt and whether Donald Trump instigated it.
