I'm actually okay with that. For me it'd feel weird having the same protagonist across all of those world changing events, each one has been different, unlike the reaper threat which was a consistent story carried across the trilogy.

While Dragon Age has my favourite lore and setting, Mass Effect is the series that has had the most emotional effect. Sitting on that starting screen and hearing the music for the first time in years, I’m not ashamed to say I cried a little.
