That looks like a great book and a useful tool for people who don’t outline to think about structure.

Oh, yes, it's super helpful in that way. It basically asks you to find what's important in your story and shows how it will both repeat in the story and change overtime. So for me, once I have thongs lined up, I can easily see where I'm missing that repetition and what needs adjustment.
