Plastic pants don't punch any particular kink buttons for me by themselves, but getting into the routine of using them has for sure been one of the most satisfying changes I've made, quality-of-life-wise, since going 24/7. You really can't be safe enough about leaks!

Also, I assume this doesn't exist because manufacturing would be impractical, but what I wouldn't give for actually cute ABDL covers. (Though there is something to be said for dorkily plain white over bulging padding...)
