Same, that's why I avoid her a lot. I know my mum loves me, but she makes me feel like shit. She was also the one who forced me into recovery a few years back, so that leads to some tension.
You can do it. Getting consistent is hard, and know how to do it, but not being able to put theory into practice can make you feel like a failure. However, though failure, you learn what works for you. Hope you get on your feet again soon and reach your goals.
