That's some line up. I looked for the names of Petr Aven and Vadim Moshkovich but did not see them listed in this article. It didn't mention Russian oligarchs either. Is there a different source for this info?

i will say it again. The US better not be relying on this guy for ANYTHING. we better have alternative services and products already in operation or ready to go at the flick of a switch, or a means to take over whatever it is we’re paying him to provide. he is concerned ONLY about himself.
