It's amazing sometimes what we can do and what we can't. And what resources have and haven't been put into developing. Ugh. Grumpy about this one though.
I want to cry. Had an infection since MAY not fully responding to antibiotics, eventually tested to find out what type of infection. Dealt w test (hard for me), took time off work, paid for dr & taxi, dealt with obstructive/prob. transphobic receptionist. Result? Some sort of infection probably 😭
I don't think this will cover everything you're wanting, but I'm really liking Bend at the moment for how customisable the routines are. Eg standing up fast makes me faint, so I've got some only standing ones, some only sitting ones etc.
Anyone know of any disability friendly fitness apps? Like: I can put in my goals, which they might seem really easy to someone with lungs that function, however I'm not that person LOL.
