Found out there's a book cataloging the Comics Spain PVCs, which looks to have been a wider range than I expected, being nostly familiar with the Marvel and 80s cartoon ones you see online from time to time. Candy is on the cover! Also, they made Flower Angel / Hana no Ko LunLun ones.

With global production, internet access and such, you tend not to see many wacky/off model licensed toys and merchandise nowadays. The Spain Comics figures are fun to look up, with charming sculpts of characters who rarely got toys in that production Era.
