Downside: redrafting is a LOT harsher on my nails than drafting. (More thinking less typing.)

TFW you post something on social media and then _immediately_ see something you dislike and go and change it…

‪And to be *very* clear, the “we” in the second paragraph means “we men”. ‬ ‪Also, I’d happily call out the women who recommended it to me, but as far as I know 2/3 of them have left social media because… men fail to learn and be wrong in the open…?‬

By they way, my #1 piece of advice about ALT text is to listen to people with visual impairments! Not random online people. I have seen a ton of well intentioned but terrible advice from sighted people about ALT text. Here is a clear guide: www.perkins.org/resource/how...

ALT text copied and pasted from the linked website: An infographic titled “How To Write Alt Text” featuring a photo of a capybara. Parts of alt text are divided by color, including identify who, expression, description, colour, and interesting features. The finished description reads “A capybara looking relaxed in a hot spa. Yellow yuzu fruits are floating in the water, and one is balanced on the top of the capybara’s head.”
