Spoke to NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg on his last full day in office today. He said Vladimir Putin's recent nuclear comments should not stop NATO members from backing Ukraine. "What we have seen is a pattern of reckless Russian nuclear rhetoric ... and this fits into that pattern," he said.
