If we must separate people by race then each of those groups should be identified by a name *of their own choosing*. The problem is caused by allowing white people (I am one btw) to choose these, frankly insulting, common names for everyone non-white & assuming they all have the same views/concerns

‘These people’ are not all from the same party, or indeed generation. Expecting consistency from all of them would be silly.
