Nothing confirms the propriety and necessity of applying Section 3 to Trump like the fact that he keeps implying people should assassinate government officials for him.

A fake swatting call was made to the Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows' home. A man called emergency services saying he broke into a house, which turned out to be Bellows' home.
I don't even think he can claim plausible deniability anymore, mainly because he opened his big mouth with his "dictator for a day" comment.
Unbelievable. I wish he could be charged with that as well. The state will now incur higher costs with security on so many people because of Trump.
