if ur out of shape, start by blocking 1 person on monday, wednesday, and friday. do this for the first 2-3 weeks and once u feel comfortable, slowly increase ur blocking: add a 4th day, a 5th day, and then try blocking multiple people per day. after a few months you’ll be amazed at the difference!
