That’s the Landschaftspark in Duisburg. Another amazing (and well used) part of the Ruhr’s ‘Route of Industrial Culture’.
Oh thank you l would so like to go there. I do hope we preserve some of the UK's power infrastructure in a similar way. Memories are short & history matters to place.
