It's Palestinian land, why does Israel have that power and control to do that?

in spite of hamas's genocidal charter it's openly relied on israel for infrastructure it's refused to develop for the sake of building an embedded war machine to do genocide with. israel has provided these services for free for the last fifteen years to this other hostile nation.

Exactly right and it should be given back to Palestine
