Yep, this. It's now 3 years since my last Covid jab, and that concerns me. As for flu, I was offered it twice (along with Covid jab) and took it both times. Not been offered it since.

I think it is. The thing that's different is the pint. A US pint is a fluid lb (16 fl oz). An imperial pint is 20 fl oz. The gallon is therefore also correspondingly larger in imperial measures (it's still 8 pints).
